Brandy Maxwell

Brandy started working with our group in December and has been a pure delight. She is extremely reliable and provides our team with excellent follow up on all of our service request & IT needs. Brandy is approachable, resourceful and always willing to help tackle any problem and provide guidance. Recently, without anyone saying anything she initiated and coordinated the removal of several unused pieces of equipment. This project is now complete and has provided us with ample space for things we use! Thank you so much Brandy for your leadership and all you do, we really appreciate it!

Brandy strives for excellence each and every day. This is exemplified by the numerous recognition nominations from those she support and work with. Not only does she support one of the busiest areas in terms of Trouble Tickets and Service Requests in all of WRTT, but she is constantly trying to improve the customer experience. For example: One of the business lines has a newsletter which Brandy offered to contribute some technology tips and tricks. Along with that, she offered herself to attend their team meetings in order to discuss file backups and email retention. This is just one small example of her contributions day in and day out. Brandy is also spearheading the WRTT “Playbook” project, which is a guide and reference for day to day operating procedures, tasks and resources. She has done this while collaborating and seeking assistance from other team members to make this an effective tool for all. This is no small task and much appreciated by management.

Brandy was tasked with assessing possible changes to our Southern California support by mapping all of the locations we support between the four techs in the region. She worked with myself and another tech to propose changes that prevent overlapping coverage from all the techs which will reduce travel time as well as travel expenses.

Brandy is no longer even in this position but she went in anyway and fixed my computer in less than 20 minutes. The previous tech had my system down for 2 days and could not fix the problem while Brandy was able to do so in just minutes. She was super helpful and friendly in the process. A+++ service

Brandy has done a great job this year; she continues to take on complex projects and rises to all the challenges. She is detailed oriented and knows when to ask for help. She has proven that she can successfully manage long term, high visibility projects.

This was Brandy’s first year in this role with this team – she is a very quick learner and was able to hit the ground running. Brandy required very little supervision in her work; she is frequently going above and beyond in her work. When she is given a task, she would take it in whatever direction were needed (even if vague) and then would be off and running on her own. Brandy is excellent at acting preventively, to try and avoid issues arising in her work. When problems arose, she would always take the initiative to figure out a solution on her own.

Brandy leverages her ‘arranger’ strength as a means of dissecting complicated components into the best configuration possible based upon her personal knowledge as well as the intellectual capital of those that she partners with. She is an exemplary example of effective flexibility. This rang true recently during efforts designed to migrate away from SharePoint, the backbone lab system, to another tool that has the ability to provide increased functionality. Brandy serves as the lead technical point of contact assisting with requirements gathering, technical insight, and evaluative expertise. Very impressive, Brandy!

You were vigilant in watching our service levels and reporting problems quickly. You identified problems the bankers were experiencing with Fraud calls and created a quick reference guide that was sent to both sites for bankers to use until the “official” fraud procedures were completed. You attended all training possible this year. You also worked on a floor coverage analysis. QA was a major project for you and you devoted many hours of your own time in analyzing and designing a form that would perform like Mentorware. You maintained my roll-up..adding and removing bankers for all of the teams. Although you were not formally part of the Recognition Committee, you maintained an updated birthday list for them and you participated in Volunteer Wells Fargo. Thank you for everything.

I just wanted to say thanks for coming in Sunday when you were sick to approve our team’s time cards. It means a lot to me and the others on the team. Thanks again for going the extra mile for us!!

This was Brandy’s first year working as an RM and she has proven herself to be a most valuable team member, she has excellent problem solving skills, seeks mutually beneficial solutions, and makes sound decisions. Brandy is superior at coordinating resources needed to complete a project. Brandy’s quality of work is regularly completed within SLA timelines and error free.
Brandy functions successfully as a generalist and a specialist. She provides experience, talent, and support in a wide breadth of areas and could always be asked to pitch in, whether she had the experience or not. She was very adept at learning and providing the high level of detail for a particular project or process.

Brandy has been an extremely valuable asset to the team. Her contributions to our team have been numerous and invaluable. Brandy has taken a position as a Technical Project Manager and while she will remain in our overall group, she will be missed by those she supports as well as by me and the rest of the team. Brandy has earned all of the recognition she received for the quality of work she does and was appropriately recognized as a TOP Performer, constituting the top 3% of TOG. I wish her the best in her new responsibilities and thank her for the hard work and dedication while on my team.
